But the only one I can afford is...

1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur

1 oz sambuca
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream

Pour the sambuca and kahlua into a cocktail glass. Pour the baileys and blue curacao into two seperate shot glasses either side of the cocktail glass. Set light the concoction in the cocktail glass and start to drink through a straw (this drink should be drunk in one). As the bottom of the glass is reached put out the fire by pouring the baileys and blue curacao into the cocktail glass and keep drinking till it's all gone.

Basically, Light the thing, stick your straw in and suck like a V12.

Mojito

I love 007!

When I was a kid I liked Roger Moore, But when I look these days, I really was overtaken by Lotus Espirit and space shuttles.
These days I am more critical.

I'll just have a mojito.


1 shot of light rum
Half a teaspoon of sugar
Juice of half a lime
Sprigs of Mojito Mint

Add all ingredients, fill glass with ice cubes, top up with soda or mineral water, and shake or stir well. Decorate with a sprig of Mojito Mint.

Since I posted about Lamb... it needs Beer to go with.

A hard earned thirst needs a big cold beer. and the best cold beer is Vic, Victoria Bitter.

These all differ but everyone knows these basics.
British style pubs carry Halfs and Pints.

Customer: "I have a Schooner of VB for me and Pot of Gold (XXXX lite) for me mate, he's driving."
Barman: "No worries mate."

In OZ. 0.05% blood alcohol is acceptable when driving.

Maker's Mark

I love a smooth bourbon.

It all started at university (OZ drinking age is 18) when a nightclub on the gold coast used to have a Bourbon Club. $1 Bourbon and coke all night. Admittedly they were very weak and cheap ass, but $20 or more later there was no doubting the effect.

I was hooked. A few years later I stubled accross Maker's mark. Pricey in OZ at about $50 a bottle. It is worth the extra.

But these days it seems marketing is going a bit crazy...

Ill have some bourbon coffee in the morning, play a round of golf with my Maker's putter and then eat some bourbon chocolate, smoke a bourbon cigar, use my pc with bourbon mouse pad etc etc etc

Forget that junk, just drink!

Here is my "Killer Illusion" cocktail recipee. May cost a bit to set up though.

1 nip Absolut 100
1 nip Jose Cuervo Especial
1 nip Bacardi Superior
1 nip Gordon's Dry Gin
1 nip Cointreau
1 nip Midori
1 nip Malibu

Now if you are fine with that, just add crushed ice from purified water.
Shake and Share, If you are a little weak... add some pineapple juice.
